About us
Who we are and what we do.
What exactly do you do?
We host factory visits and sourcing trips in China: verify the factory, plan the route, and stay beside you on the floor. For creators we coordinate filming permission; for buyers we verify suppliers and run the visit so you meet the decision-maker.
Where are you based?
Zhejiang — Hangzhou, Yiwu and Ningbo — with a resident team in Shenzhen, Dongguan and Guangzhou. Reachable elsewhere with notice. We do not claim the same depth everywhere, and we say so on the destination pages.
Are you a travel agency?
No. We do not resell flights, hotels or packaged tourism. We host factory visits and sourcing trips, and we add no margin to anything we do not run ourselves.

Visits
How visits and trips work.
Can foreigners visit factories in China?
Yes, but a public directory is not a walk-in. Visits are arranged by appointment, in advance, with the factory that actually makes your product. Arranging that — and knowing which factories will agree — is most of the service.
How many factories can I visit in one day?
In one cluster, two focused visits a day is realistic. Three usually means cutting a walk-through short. We plan density around the cluster and will tell you when your plan is too full.
How far in advance should I book?
Appointments are confirmed in advance, so earlier is better — and filming permission has its own lead time. We confirm what is realistic for your dates before you book a flight.
What if a factory says no?
We build alternatives into the plan. A refusal costs you a location, not a trip day — and we say so before you fly rather than at the gate.

Can I film inside a Chinese factory?
Often yes, but it depends on the factory, the category and the city. Some welcome cameras, some allow it only with approval, and a few decline. We confirm what is realistic before you book a flight.
Who owns the footage?
You do. Some factories ask to review what you publish; that condition is agreed in writing up front. We do not take a cut of anything your content earns.
Can I bring a drone?
Assume no unless cleared in writing. Drone use around Chinese industrial zones involves registration and local restrictions that most visitors underestimate.

Do you take commission from factories?
No. Our fee comes from you. That is the only way we can tell you to walk away from a factory on the day and mean it.
How much does a trip cost?
It depends on the category, cluster and dates. We quote your specific dates rather than publish a range that does not survive contact with real factories. Ask and you will get a number and a scope.
When should I not come?
Chinese New Year and National Day shut most factories for one to three weeks. We plan around the holiday calendar and will tell you plainly if your dates are bad.
