How it works

Five steps, no mystery between them.

The same process for every client — shortlist, check, route, floor, report. Nothing is subcontracted, and you always know what happens next. The planning guideruns the same steps from the buyer's side.

The process

From inquiry to written report.

  1. 01

    Tell us your goal

What are you sourcing or filming, in which category, and roughly when? One message is enough — we will ask for whatever is missing.

  2. 02

    We shortlist and pre-screen

Vetted matches in the right cluster. The five checks run before a factory stays on the itinerary, and the ones that fail are recorded, not quietly dropped.

  3. 03

    We plan the route

Cluster-by-cluster itinerary, transport, interpreter and appointments locked in. The order is deliberate — the second quote you get should be informed by the first.

  4. 04

    You walk the floor

Meet the production manager, with the interpreter carrying the technical questions. We handle everything around you so the day is about the factory, not the logistics.

  5. 05

    Written report

A structured report covering every factory visited and rejected, delivered within 3 working days of your departure, with the check that removed each rejection.

Step four is where the on-the-floor checklist runs.

What you bring

What we need from you.

Send whatever you have — we will ask for the rest

  • Your product or category, and roughly how much you expect to order
  • Whether you already have a supplier list, or need us to build one
  • Your dates, or the window you are considering
  • Team size and languages
  • Anything that changes the trip — filming, a trade fair, a compliance requirement

If you already have suppliers, that is an existing-supplier visit; if not, factory matching builds the list.

When the answer is no

What happens when we say no.

  • We say noWe will tell you plainly if the trip is a bad idea — wrong category, wrong dates, or a request a cheaper remote service would serve better.
  • We say whyNot a form rejection. The specific reason, so you can act on it even if it is with someone else.
  • We point elsewhereIf the right answer is a different kind of provider, we say who, instead of taking a fee for work we cannot deliver.

Either way the pricing is two visible lines, and the FAQ covers the rest.

What we don't do

What the process does not promise

A clear process is not a guarantee of an outcome. Here is where it stops.

  • We cannot promise entry to a named brand factory — we check feasibility and arrange a comparable alternative.
  • We do not guarantee that a production run ships on time, or that a supplier performs six months later.
  • We do not substitute for a formal audit or a product inspection, and we will not present one as the other.

Questions

What people ask about the process.

How fast do you reply?

We reply within 1 business day, China Time (GMT+8), Monday to Friday. If it is urgent, WhatsApp is faster.

Do I pay before I see the plan?

No. The plan and the feasibility answer are free. You pay only when you book a trip, and the structure is on the pricing page.

When do I get the report?

A written report within 3 working days of your departure, covering every factory visited and rejected.

What if you cannot help?

We say so, we say why, and we point you at who can. We would rather lose an inquiry than sell a trip we cannot deliver.

What does the report contain?

One entry per factory, the five checks recorded against each, what was verified on the floor, and what was rejected — with the check that removed each one.

Is the process the same for creators and buyers?

The steps are the same; the details differ. Creators add filming permission and a shot list; buyers add the RFQ and the verification. The skeleton does not change.

Next step

Start with one message.

Tell us the category and roughly when. You get a straight answer about what is realistic.
